"State of Drag"
This photograph of Sharon Needles led the piece for NEXT Magazine’s 3rd annual The State of Drag 2012 issue. Recently having won the title of RuPaul’s Drag Race Superstar, Santiago Felipe felt it was appropriate for Sharon to be a part of this issue, which helped shine a spot on some of the new girls in New York City’s drag scene. The shoot was styled by
Geoffrey Mac. Sharon wears harnesses by Zana Bayne and jewelry by House of Cach. Location & hair by hairdresser and model Seventy Jane! The image was published on November 16th of 2012 in NEXT Magazine. For the first time, prints are being made available to fans... as a 16 x 14 inch fine art print, in a limited edition of 100.
All prints are on William Turner Paper – a white, 100% cotton paper – guarantees archival standards. The mould-made watercolor paper features a distinct textured surface.
